Still waiting for business line to be repaired

On the 28/01/2013 I called telkoms help line to find out why I am not receiving any calls on my business line, I was told theres no fault on there side it must be my phone or connections. So the next day I got a new phone and changed it only to find out that I was still unable to connect so I called again and was helped by someone that had alittlie more brains than the first person.
He asked me to check the cables and then told me he is going to run a scan on his side to see were the problem is and as soon as they find it they will call me to send out someone to fix it. It is now the 31/01/2013 and no one has come to sort the matter out and no one is telling me what is happening?
I want to know do they still think I am to pay the full rental on the phone cause due to not being able to receive calls I have lost alot of business, for a week I usually do -45 cars and this week I have only done 22 cause not everyone has my cell number.

Is this how telkom works is a business line not important?
I will not pay this bill and I will be looking into Noetel?
