Disgusting service from Cell C

I am a regular complainant on here about this company... it seems the only way to get their attention (most of the time anyway). I have had disgraceful service from them since I signed their Contract and have been promised from the beginning that a Technical person (senior) would be calling to assist... still waiting! I have AGAIN no service, 2 bars of signal only and cannot browse or see to my emails. This has cost me a damned fortune. I am so absolutely fed up with their attitude. I keep getting reference numbers (310 200 0227 being one), but it makes no difference whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend this Company to anybody and am seriously thinking of getting out of my contract.
