I am sick and and tired of talking to 8.ta call centre agents who have different stories all the time. I signed a 24months contract deal with them in March 2009 to March 2011 and I lost my sim card early 2010 and I asked them to block the number as every time I tried to do a sim swap it was one story after another of their systems being faulty. Knowing that loosing my sim card was my own fault I continued to pay 8.ta for the duration of my contract. On the 25th month they still debited my account and I queried with them as to why and I was promised it will stop and 2years later I am still battling with 8.ta to stop debiting my account even though I made it clear to them I am not renewing my account.

the last call I made to them the call centre agent advised me that I am being billed for the simcard service and I asked her what service because I blocked the simcard 3years ago? and because of their long stories when I wanted to do a sim swap I even lost interest on using their services. I regret the day I agreed to do business with 8.ta.
