New contract but not connected since January 2013

FNB had a promotion in January 2013 to sign up for 2 gigs of data with Cell C for R99.
I chose to join on the promotion and at the end of January i received my sim card. i then noticed that i had been supplied with the wrong size of simcard. I called Phinius on the 31st January telling him that the simcard was the wrong size. He assured me that a new one would be sent to me. I then called Dumisa on the 25th of March complaining that my sim card has not been delivered. They then delivered the correct sim but needed to do a sim swap as my contract was on the wrong size sim. the person i spoke to advised that the technical department that does the sim swaps will call me back, no call yet. I called again some time in June to complain again. I then received 2 sim cards delivered to my home and now sit with 4 sim cards that dont work. It is now August and i still dont have a sim card that works and i have been paying my subscription since January. When i initially asked the consultant who did the second swap if i would be debited with airtime he said he is sure they would but couldnt confirm. So how is CellC going to sort out this problem. If they cant please refund all that i have paid.
