MTN avertised for online shopiing for iPhone 4s (R1999.00) and booking was done at 1:24PM. The stock was available at that time and also recieved Payment confirmation and order confirmation number (333998847110) through eamil at the same time. Today 15/11/2013 at 2:29PM sent an email with "Dear Vijaya Padala
Thank you for purchasing the Apple iPhone device with MTN SA. We have unfortunately run out of stock and since this was an end of range promotion we are unable to order new stock. MTN sincerely apologises for the inconvenience caused and assures you of a full refund within the next 48 hours. Regards MTN Online Shop"
But i Know the people who ordered at 5 to 6PM on the same day, they recieved the Phones. I was not recieved as priority of order. I have logged complaint for 2 times with Customer care and reference numbers are 2880248 and 2909062.
I am not fare with their services and the amount rreturn with out interest.
