Virgin steeling my money

I had a query previousely that the fact that virgin is alway 3x debiting my acoount. I have given my cancelation into thomas and I was given a ring around on the issue I still am bieng triple debited and waiting for a call back from kolly as I had been promised by neo (agent).
I have to wait 17 minutes on the line to get the issue resolved.
