I elected to downgrade my dsl bundle with Web Africa but for some reason that I do not understand, it was processed as an additional service. I tried to lower the monthly cost but I'm now charged with more than double the monthly cost for this mistake. I did not use the data nor log onto the additional service and only became aware of the issue when the monthly invoice came through 4 weeks later. I am disappointed that WA went to great length to prove that I made a mistake. An appropriate action would have been to grant me the benefit of the doubt as I was clearly unaware of the mistake. I am not satisfied with the decision Web Africa made and have decided seek an alternative ISP. I am willing to take my business to an ISP that looks beyond the bottom line and consider the social aspects of their customers.
