Still waiting for this phone to be collected. Been sitting on my kitchen counter from 15 October 2013, is now 29 November 2013 when I cancelled my upgrade and contract due to bad customer service.
Also waiting for letter from Angelo with my end date of my contract, as I have now decided to port my number to Vodacom. Also, I am being charged extra for the upgrade and something else referring to the same Invoice number.
Spoke to May today and hopefully she can get them to do something, but I am not expecting miracles today.
I want this issue resolved. I am fed up with Autopage.
I have sent them many queries online and have had an automated response but no phone calls at all. What is the good of having an online service that doesn't get answered. They say 24 - 48 hours, the last one I sent was on 5 November and nobody called me back.
This is unacceptable behaviour.
