Waiting for repair, no feedback, very poor service

I've been waiting 4 weeks now for my cellphone repair. I've phoned customer care 3 times to pursue this. I've been promised feedback which I never received, I've been promised my phone would be back by early this week at the latest, which clearly hasn't happened.

I've just been on the phone now, and been told that my phone has been fixed and will arrive sometime next week (the consultant assured me that it will be prioritized, which I am sure won't happen). This is simply unacceptable. I understand Cell C has a maximum of 21 working days to get the phone back to you, which I might add they have not done, but it seems that they will make no effort at all to get it back to you quickly, they really couldn't care!!!

I'm very very unhappy with the service I'm receiving, it's atrocious! Cell C's prices are attractive, but the service is becoming so bad that I may be forced to move to another service provider!
