USELESS!! More luck with a dead dog!!!

I finally (OR SO I THOUGHT) am free of MTN. But even now they find a way to make my blood boil. Lets forget about the fact that their 808 call centre is useless, because eight calls and 25minutes on hold and I am no closer to a solution. One month before contract termination I gave them the call. One month notice, will be terminated, reference number 105195756.

SURPRISE, its still active. SURPRISE, we send you a fat bill. Well you, I am not taking this lying down.
