Again and again - incompetence

Again there is a VAS on my bill - I told my service provider CELLC to stop any and all VAS and future, as this was the 2nd time since I am on contract with them that this happen
Surprise surprise - check my balance and its high again - I call into the call centre - Altona I think her name was - another imbecile working for a company run by them, tells me she cannot see the info - I must wait for my bill - are you kidding me? I told her get your team leader because I can't deal with you, puts me on hold - and wow she all of a sudden can see my bill, she says there is an active VAS on my account, mira network again! I tell her to stop it, she says she can't I must ph mira myself - now this is not my first rodeo with cellc, I tell her - so how heck did an agent cancel it the last time - eeerrrmmm errr hold on, I will ask my team leader to do it, I said I wanted a call back in 30mins with an update - 2days later no update- and still the VAS is active - and im being charged - how does it logically make sense that my service provider cannot stop this from happening??? I pay you for a service a one at that - ridiculous that I need to tell your embicile staff what to do!!! Fix it
