I bought 2 Lenovo"s for my twins for school. vodacom delivered them on Wednesday afternoon, when i got home i put the sim cards in the alloted slots. only to find that the one sim was a microsim, now the sim is stuck and doesnt want to go out. i phoned vodacom they told to take it to their repairs centre in centurion, i have just been there and was told they couldnt assist me. I phoned the call centre again today and spoke to Dorcas who refered me back to their vodacom repairs - i told her that the guy there said i must arrange for a swop as they couldnt assist me there. my problem is that these are new tablets for my kids on a 24 month contract, i am not getting any joy from vodacom just being sent from pillar to post.
