MTN not keeping to instructions

I cancelled my MTN contract on the 29 July 2013 and it is still the debt order is being deducted from my account. I have sent email after email and every time my last deduction date changes. I also called and have been put on hold for 32 minutes and numerous occasions. This has become frustrating. I am urgently looking for a response.
