32 emails later, and still waiting Cell C!!

I am seriously growing to hate Cell C;
Two weeks ago, it took over 8 days of relentless emails, phone calls to resolve the incorrect handover of an accounts. The account holder was not in the country at the time of the alleged incidents. Finally Cell C issued two letters to acknowledge their errors. I thought issues resolved.
Out the blue, on Tuesday the 26th of November, their finance department decided to respond to an email 10 DAYS later.
In for a shock, they advise one account is still open??? Pathetic!! How does Cell C run their business?
So I immediately respond to ask for clarification from both the lady who originally assisted me, and the finance department. Low and behold 3 days later, no response!? No acknowledgement of email.
When dealing with Cell C, expect to age, get totally stressed out when trying to deal with them.
What does it take? Must one also suffer a mild stroke as their CEO did two weeks ago?
It's wrong, that Cell C, can cause a customer such distress
Once this account issue is resolved, I can not wait to have Cell C out of our lives, once and for all! Never going back!
