My number could only make calls from tuesday 26 Nov 2013 i could not recieve calls. i then called the cell C call centre on the 28 nov 2013 and i must they say you dont wait long waiting for an agent to ansswer. i was told to switch my phone off and back on and try varouis things, when of that did not work i called the call centre again and i was told to dail #330*1234# and i restart the phone, after i did that then sim card could not register any more. no more connection i need to get a new sim. the strange thing is my wife has the same problem and she has been struggling for 5 days now to get a sim swap. terrible service.
