Incompetence - cell C DOES YET IT AGAIN!!!

While still struggling after 18 months to get my monthly invoice e-mailed to me, a new problem popped up. I was sure that by now the utter incompetence of this pathetic company was a bit better, but not.
I lost my sim card. Three days ago I bought a new sim and phoned cell c to do the sim swap. The man at 140 took all my info, did security checks, took the rica number of the new card, and took my alternative number."Someone would phone me in an hour'" TO CONFIRM THE SIM SWAP. As we know cell c no one phoned. After 28 hours my sim still was not registered. I phoned again. The woman told me that the man never finalized my sim swap. She had to take all the info again, plus the irritating security check, and do it all over again. She told me now to wait ANOTHER 24 hours. Still my sim is not active. Why can cell c personnel not just do the basic things right? No excuse no apology no nothing - just wait yet another 24 hours. Maybe. WHY always these things happen to me? I cant use my phone now for three days but they want me to pay R50 for admin fee? Why? Pay R50 after two people could not do the admin. The lady also said they would phone me with a serial number. Until now no one phoned.
