Uncapped account incorrectly created

I contracted for an MTN Broadband Lite contract UNCAPPED at a fixed fee of R299.00 per month.
MTN simply throttle the speed once the threshold of 3GB has been reached. I even sent the MTN web refrences to confirm the offer and the terms.

The contract was incorrectly created and I am billed R2 per MB post the 3GB threshold. billing running into throusands of Rands. THIS IS INCORRECT. I have sent numerous mails and called the contact centre a few times already. I've been referred back to the agent JKTELEKOMS to no avail.
