How does an EFT take 3 days to reflect in a bank a

I made a payment for my phone"s repairs on Monday and provided a proof of payment on Tuesday to be told it will take anything between 4hrs and 24hrs to reflect in Mtn's account then only will my phone be released (Dudu Mtshweni) it is Thursday afternoon way past 24 hrs of transfer NB: transfer is made from ABSA to ABSA, I call the service center as I had just received an sms telling me that I have to pay for the repairs on my device, to inquire about it, only to learn from [Email Removed] that the device is still sitting in midrand. with no funds reflecting on mtn's account, this is appalling after 3 days the funds are not cleared? someone if fooling me here... please I want my phone, I paid you I don't owe you anything, I want my phone...
