My phone has now been sent in 3 times. Each time it comes back with a different problem. Your technicians now have proved to me that they are to incompetent to fix the phone. I am fed up with your service. None of your management have come back to me to apologize for the business I have lost in the 6 weeks that I didnt make a phone. Your staff cannot organize any service and neither can your technicians fix the devices they are "qualified" to fix.
Your HQ has promised me twice that someone will get back to me to provide me with feedback, did that happen? NO.
I am not going to be paying for a service that isn't delivered. This is a breach of contract. Luckily we have the consumer act to protect the consumer against major franchises such as yourself.
At this point of time I see you being a bunch of who are taking my money and not delivered feedback.
I have 5 contacts with you as well my company who has 13 contracts with your company. If this problem isn't resolved to MY satisfaction then I will cancel all 5 my contract with no early cancellation fees due to breach of contract, and I will convince my company to move to Vodacom.
