My billing issue is still not resolved

Hi Kagiso
This is my third email with no response to date. In your last response to me you said I would not be billed for November and that October was my last debit. I was billed AGAIN on Monday for Virgin Mobile. I ask with tears in my eyes, how do I get this to end. Please can you arrange for a refund for November's debit and make sure my account is CLOSED. I am still getting emails from Virigin asking me to upgrade etc and I haven't been with you guys for over 2 months now. This is getting beyond a joke and I want it resolved otherwise I am going to have to take it up with a higher authority.
I look forward to your feedback on how we are going to resolve this.
