Charging for contract that was cancelled

I opened a contract from Virgin Mobile a long time ago. After the normal 18 months of payment and the end of that contract, I wanted to upgrade to another phone contract but they did not have the phone I wanted. I then cancelled the contract. I am still being charged monthly R322.00. My Account no is 7501054337-Nobody answers their phones not do I get an answer from my -e-mails. Please Help!
