I bought an iphone 5 charger on the 19 of October 2013. The following weekend I took it back because it was giving me problem and I was told that they will give me a call, they need to speak with a manager first. I waited for the call for more than 2 weeks until I decided to go back and I was told that they will call me and is another 2 weeks without a call. I wonder if this is how they treat their customer. I doubt if I will ever receive the call.
