Disappointing customer service

I went into the shop on Saturday to upgrade, was promised stock on Monday and that I would receive a call as soon as it wAs there from Elvis after signing all the paperwork. Received no such call, tried phoning numerous times with no answer. Went into the shop on Monday and was advised that it was Elvis' day off. Another gentleman promised stock on Wednesday and that I would receive a call on Wednesday to confirm. Obviously received no such call. Again no answer when phoning. Went back in there on Wednesday only to be met by indifference, blaming the owner, the phone battery. Etc etc. Elvis was actually typing on his cell phone whilst I was asking him questions. When I asked if he was busy on his phone, he replied that he thought we were done. Asked for the manager to see if I can cancel the upgrade with them, Elvis was called over and told since he upgraded the customer, he must do the cancellation. No apology and forced to deal with the same person that was the cause of frustration. I am absolutely horrified at the service and complete lack of responsibility. I was expecting the manager to offer to follow up with me personally but just no interest. Ridiculous and waste of my time
