They keep telling me to book inn my phone

I have been kept in circles by the mtn branch in century city canal walk pertaining my blackberry torch which I no longer have any interests in due to them failing to give me a blackberry that works. for 6 months I have been sent inn and out of the repair center where they ended uptelling me to tell them to file a complain for me and see what they can do to sort out my problem but they denied that it was possible and the only option they had was to book my phone inn. so do I have to settle with the phone that's not working at the required performance while I am paying every month for services that are not being rendered to me. I really disappointed and feel like I am being taken advantage off and theses people just have no interest in helping me.
