According to my contract (MTN Anytime 200), I am supposed to be credited with R200 airtime, 200mb of data and 200 SMS's on the 21st of each month. This month (21 Dec) I was only credited with the airtime and 25 SMS's. I immediately went to MTN (Clearwater Mall in Jhb) and requested that they rectify their error. I was given the following reference: 107418085. I finally received data and SMS's on Monday but they had credited me for the remaining days of the month and not the full amount due. This was completely their error and I phoned to ask them again to rectify their error. I received the following reference: 107454109. I have still not received the full data and SMS's due to me according to the contract. I am tired of hanging on the phone and refuse to go the MTN shop again. It is completely unfair that I should lose out because of their error. Also, not ONCE has anyone apologized to me for the inconvenience.
