Contract not cancelled and still waiting on feedba

On the 26/06/2013 i called to cancel both mt cell c contract which i had its first debit orders activated in the exact same month!
On the 26/06/2013 at 09:15 i spoke to MANDLA to cancel both my contracts and he confirmed that the last deduction will be on the 25/07/2013 which i agreed.
However this month one of the contracts i cancelled still received airtime and the other did not??? How is this possible? Are the employyes that incompetent or is it just some sneaky tactic used by cell c!!! I then contacted Larry at the call centre once again on the 15 or 16 August at 20:35explaining that both contract were not cancelled and he could not answer the simple of question of why one contract would be cancelled and not the other. Since that date nobody has since called and im totally off by the service received from this backwards network!!! I will surely never ever take a contract out with this people and this will be mentioned on your facebook page too!
