Samsung S4 Crashes & Reboots

I have had my Samsung S4 for about 6 months or so, and after doing an update it keeps crashing and is unable to stat back up!

I have been to my network provider (Nashua Mobile) only to find out that it will take 4 weeks to repair! These smart phones are fantastic for business but how will one continue business when a simple update kills the phone! 4 weeks really!!! :-(
