Re my complaint and MTN's response posted here: https:///mtn/complaints/horrible-broadband-internet-977810. As suggested by Wenzile Masina, I waited for Jan 21. As I expected, nothing has changed with regards to my download speeds. Tested it again tonight - 0.55 Mbps! Are you going to tell me again that I have exceeded my fair use limit (supposed to be 3 GB)? Please show me proof then. I could not even have used half of my 3GB by now.
So easy to shift the "blame" over on the customer. But you only need to look at the number of complaints about MTN on this website to realize that there is a pattern here (a whopping 10308 as of tonight at 22h00, 10 pages over the last 7 days!). This is unacceptable service.
