After all my complaints no one has contacted me to date. I received a reply on Hellopeter "Our records show that the your fair usage limit on your Broadband lite has been surpassed and the Data throughput has been throttled and will increase again on the 08th". By this poor reply you think you have resolved the problem.
I will try and explain it as I would to a child.
One: When I phone 080 to speak to a consultant there is on answers
Two: The people working for MTN are rude, they don't give me the correct information and is not trained to the correct standards.
Three: The share link modem is a cheap product that does not work as advertise. This is my third modem.
Four: The Mbps speed what I was promised when I purchased the modem is not the same as what I'm receiving now. Speed test: First 3 gigs 0.28Mbps and when Throttled 0.15Mbps. That is not fair
Five: Someday's I have no internet, then when I phone MTN they say they cant help me because the tower is
down or just put the phone down in my ear
Six: My phone bill is over R3000 a month because I have to use my phones internet.
