Vodacare broke my phone, then quoted R6000 to fix

I sent my phone in (Blackberry Q10, 5months old), the speacker only worked on "load speaker" the rest of the phone was functioning perfectly (there is a small crack in the screen which happened 3 months prior to the phone giving troubles) they sent it back, saying the warentee was void due to the crack therefore refused to fix the speaker.(they said its the manufacturers policy to fix all exteria faults before fixing interia faults) when i got it back, the phone no longer turned on and the metal metal strip under the battery was pulled off (they opened my phone and broke it, even though they said they dont open the phone unless i had the screen fixed) for which i must pay and then subsequently pay for the speaker to be fixed, i sent it back because they broke it as it no longer turns on, now they have quoted me over R6000 to fix the phone, to fix the problem they created. The employee at the BFN said i must pay the R6000 or get the broken phone back.i then spoke to the manager& he said he will see whats happening, when i sent it in they said it would take 4 days, its been a month.they do not lend replacement phones for micro simcards, iv been w/o the use of my contract 4 a month PLEASE HELP
