Bad Service/mtn customer service is pathetic!!!

I took a contract out in February 2013 blackberry 9900 white in color, the 2.2 terms and conditions state if within 6 months you receive a new handset, i sent a mail the to manager he read the mail but failed to reply.i called the repair center they say the have sent my phone back, i told them i am not accepting a repaired phone as it still falls under the 6 month period still Gielie De Beer has not gotten back to me, im paying for something that im not utilizing .they say they don't know anything about the 6 month damage manufacturing default. i can list at least ten faults this phone has been given in the past two months
1.touch screen don't work
2.scroll don't work
3.phone sos's all the time
4. dont vibrate at times, ringtone doesn't work yet profile on loud
5.get calls yet neither myself nor the person on the other line can hear even through speaker phone/loud speaker
6.battery doesn't last at all
7.phone gets burning hot
8.deletes on its own
9.dials on its own
10.buttons work when they want to

for a new phone this is pathetic
