Bad service and more damage

I sent a Blackberry curve in a year ago for a soft ware upgrade, to find out my battery had water damage. I bought a new battery from him but still left my phone to have the soft ware up graded. When giving in the phone everything worked the speakers the key pad everything. Once i got it back the phone wasn't able to ring the speaker was broken. I took it back and he said he will fix it. He didn't. My fiance' then took the same phone back on the 25th September 2013 to get it completely recovered and get the speaker fixed. When he got it back 2days after the cover was fixed but the speaker worse than it was before. He said he would fix it but then got rude when my fiance' questioned him. I think this is wrong and very bad service.
