Every month for the last 4 months my account is being debited with extra money, iam supposed to pay 299 per month but these take 400. i call them every month to rectify this and i get the same old song every month, telling me i will be credited the extra money and i will recieve 5gig of data for the trouble, well i never get credited not to mention the 5gigs. anyhow if your company is not going to sort this out i will go to consumer commission.i will make sure i tell everybody i know how useless the service is. this will be the last time i complain about this issue, i have sent 2 emails and no response i refuse to call the call centre as they are rude and i honestly dont know how they got the job coz all i ever get is "i dont know" "i have logged your issue" and one smart little chap gave me an order number instead if a reference number?? and still every month i still have the same issue. please fix this as this is a breach of contract and i will cancel and i will not pay any cancelation fee and i will take my money to your competitors.
