I have lost /-R 17, 500.00 as a result of my sim card been. Last week Wednesday, I emailed MTN and asked for them to:

1. Find out why they were voice calls allowed on the data contract
2. Why my statements were never emailed to me. Had it been done, I would have only lost about /-R2, 000.00.
3. What type of alerts do they have to inform customers that there is a spike in usage. In this day and age, I am sure there is technology that can aid in this. Also, surely they understand that they have a responsibility to protect their customers.
4. For them to ensure that this contract has been cancelled at the end of this month, upon expiration.

I have sent an email daily since last week and all I was sent was my last statement. I know they have received it as I have all the read receipts.

PLEASE HELP.
