Phone has been in 9 times

My smartphone has been in for repair 9 times in less than 18 months. Mtn has had the phone for in excess of 4 months. I am a business contract subscriber. The guarantee of two years is meaningless. They will not replace the phone, despite all repairs having failed. The fault is on the phone, it has not been damaged.
