I've been trying to get a hold of someone at Virgin Mobile for months. First I went to the Clearwater Mall shop and they referred me to Head Office. This was after numerous emails from my side with no response. I then called Head office also with no service as the phone just kept on ringing after I told the lady answering the phone that it was my third try in a few minutes. My contract has been a mess since I cancelled the other contract. I'm due to upgrade in January but according to their system I can only upgrade in August 2014. The people at the shop said the only way I can get a copy of the original contract is through Head office. I am so tired of their bad service, I will definitely not refer anyone to them and in the meantime I'm stuck with an old phone and contract I don't want!
