Mtn direct, bad service

I had a upgrade done by MTN Direct spoke to Nadine, they sent me the incorrect phone, I took the LTE Sansung S4 but received the normal Samsung S4, now I keep on calling, they keep on saying they call me back but I get no response, I spoke to a manager but still no response. But make no mistake the one thing they get right is to debit your account on time... bad service, I am still waiting in feedback
