I phoned Vodacom's customer care to migrate my package from contract to prepaid. i asked for R500 airtime and thereafter top up if i finish that. They told me i would billed no more than R650 roughly. Because it being top up i would not be billed more. As i sit with my statement it has come to R1028. I have been charged for the R500 airtime and the sms' that i have used with that same R500, i have been billed twice for. I am horrified and refused to pay this bill considered this was contrary to what i was told
