Contract problem

Last week wednesday I recieved a call from a guy offering me a sasmsung s4 mini on contract. Ive been trying to find out from virgin mobile about this phones delivery and no response. They said they would find out from one of their outbound places and ive been waiting the whole time. I am a virgin mobile user and I am lookingbfor a contract but the whole time no response.. this service is not how a client must be treated.
