BAD SERVICE ...!!!

Hi

What more must a person do, to get service this is my third or fourth time on hello peter, Elroy in Cape town Customer Care was suppose to get to me and still nothing, We are waiting to pick up the cancelled phone from work, I hate driving around with the thing, with all the crime happening and I might get billed at the end of the month, please give me a call ASAP or I will take this further, Your service is disgusting and I hate waiting for people I have to for service, please advise what else I can do...???
