Sasol Olivedale always goes the extra mile

I hate filling up 'cos I hate waiting. I hate washing my car 'cos I hate waiting. I hate buying coffee 'cos I hate waiting to make it. But thats all different at Sasol Olivedale...

The gas attendants are courteous, well mannered, motivated and most of all... fast. Every time I go, I'm in an out in 2 minutes. If there's 5 petrol attendants & 1 car in the bay, they have all 5 approach my car and get it sorted. What a pleasure. I feel like royalty when I go there.

The car wash guys are immaculate. My car is always spotless. They even try sell additional airfreshener for my car if I want. And best of all I'm in an out within 45 min. What a pleasure.

The shop is run smoothly. They run 2 queues, but even when its busy it seems to go quick. The coffee bar runs smoothly as well. An easy in and out.

Also, the owner, Hloni, he's always there and on duty. I stopped him once to ask what he's secret is, why his garage operates as well as it does. He responded by saying its all about motivating staff. Which he seems to do really well.

This garage is really a standout establishment and should be commended for their great service.
