Opened a case and not being assisted

I truly do not know what to do anymore i logged a complaint on hello peter last week but still no response, the same people broke into my car again this morning, i contacted the police and they told me it will be sorted today, i spoke to the person en charge of the constable dealing with my case and he told me don't worry we will sort it today, an when i called the department again now for follow up they are gone home..the criminals are still roaming in the streets committing more crime..IS THIS THE TYPE OF SERVICE THE POLICE is providing, and then they want to know why so much crime is done and the criminals are free to do as the want.. i have a family that i am so afraid of if anything happens to them..i hate delft so much but not coz of the people, i hate it coz of the police that is operating in the area... someone please help me i am at my wit
