I phoned this no. 0861001200 to report for my Standard bank Swipe machine which is not working .at the switch board I was asked wch machine im using I told her Verifone and she said she was going to put me thru to Technical department of which she did.at this department I was holding for more than 40mins and im using a cellphone.it cut off and I tried again for four times no response from the technical department.the fififth time I ispoke to Lisa and told her that im getting no response from Tech department and am using cellphone she said they can phone my cell but cant get response.now am loosing business because of the poor service.am very dissapointed.
