I do not know how many reports I have to write before Telkom will even bother giving me a concrete response, as to when they will come and replace the cables that were in my area on the 26 October 2013. My complaint has been with the escalation advisor for weeks now and I am still waiting for feedback... There have been no visible efforts to fix the problem and the year is almost over, next thing you are going to be telling me is that the cables will only be fixed next year!!! What is taking so long for the cables to be fixed??? Is it because they were in Khayelitsha and that is why you are dragging your feet??? WHAT IS GOING ON??!!!
