I am a Nashua client for six years and so dissapointed in the service that i got excited when i received a sms that my contract is expriring. I contacted the call centre serveral times just to ensure that i wont have problems when i switch over to prepaid, as i am no longer interested in any contract upgrades with Nashua, they do not follow up on clients, they just want business but are not interested in client retention. I have asked to speak to a superior Elize Swart and she never returned my call. I spoke to Given on the 4Nov 2013 and with Hlengiwe on the 25 Nov, still no feedback. I will take this matter up with the CEO Mark Taylor if i this isssue is not resolved asap.
