Pathetic S4 and your inability to solve problems

I have made the grave mistake of choosing a S4 along with my R1000/month contract. I have had it for less than 4 months, and its costing me money on a daily basis as my income is dependent on me being available at all times. I literally only received it back from your technicians on Friday after weeks of having it sent in, causing me to lose money as I cant be reached, and NOTHING was fixed. It is still freezing, restarting itself, blue screening for no reason, etc etc. Apparently your qualified technicians have checked everything and it was correct, according to them. Is this the type of standard you promise your clients?
So this is the way its going to go down, Vodacom. As I have warned you, if anything goes wro g again, I will be demanding a new phone. And thats exactly what I am doing. I will be returning my phone and you will give me a brand new S4 with the same amount of memory. Should anything AT ALL happen again, you will be refunding me in full so I can go and buy myself an iPhone. I am currently weighing up my legal options because I will not make my peace with this sub-standard phone. I dont care that it is a Samsung phone and you need their permission, sort it out.
