I have been having problems with topping up airtime on my phone for a while now, it hit me the most when I downloaded airtime and without even making a single call all my airtime was gone. in a matter of minutes. I thought maybe I had applications opened on my phone I switched if off took out the battery for 5 minutes and turned it on loaded airtime and guess what? It vanished. I called to the 173 number and a consultant who did not even introduced herself to me, I told her about my problem and asked her if she can see what had happened. She asked me if i was on whatsapp of which I proceeded to tell her i was then she said 'maybe' that is where the airtime went to. I said are you sure or u guessing because i did not download any pics or videos I only sent 2 messages after putting me on hold for about 5 minutes she then told me that my phone has not yet updated it will take about 24 hrs. I asked to speak to a manager i was then told to hold again, she came back telling me the manager will give me a call in a minute i said i will waiti a minute in that time she put the phone down when i called later in the afternoon and spoke to another agent.
