Unprofessional behaviou

I bought a charger at Mtn OR Tambo on my way back from a holiday thinking I lost mines, only to find my charger in the car, I then went to Mtn east rand mall to changel the charger for earpieces. I was assisted by Tyrone who was friendly n willing to help but another guy leaning on the wall unprofessionally jumped in and told me that I can not be assisted as I didn't buy the charger at their store, I need to go back to the same shop I had bought the phone charger. The 2nd guy had attitude n didn't have people's skills. I am totally flabbergasted that a big brand like Mtn with so many stores country wide wouldnt help their client as a certain transaction was not done at a particular store.. I could have bought the charger anywhere but I opted for quality but clearly Mtn east rand mall doesn't have quality service.
