I call in regarding the BIS that I bought for my blackberry and he was ridiculously rude and laughed at everything I was saying and he claimed to be a supervisor which I doubt he is because what kind of example is he setting to the consultant that he took a call from or that how vodacom threat their prepaid customers? The number I called with is 0799266914. I request corrective measures be taken because if won't be taken I will have to take my own action because I really wanna show him who I really am and while u add it provide me with that recording. I believe that whoever who will be working with this query know what is good for the company if corrective measures are not taken and I am not provided with the recording.
