ZERO Response in a month!!! Req: 2531286

Why has Mtn not responded as per their last response on the 15th August Req: 2531286, they promised to take corrective measures. I have heard nothing from them since. What is going on??? All i want is that corrective measures are taken, Is that TOO much to ask for??
